Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had an amazing stay at Zermatt, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and plenty of family-friendly activities. The hotel provided a unique Swiss-themed experience, and I loved the comfortable villa we stayed in. However, I did experience some issues with room service, and the costs felt a bit high for some amenities. Overall, it was a memorable trip.
My stay at Zermatt was a mixed bag. The stunning property offered beautiful scenery and a plethora of activities, making it feel like a true getaway. However, I was disappointed by some aspects, particularly with the communication regarding shuttles and dining experiences. While some staff members were lovely, others seemed overwhelmed, which detracted from the overall feel of luxury I was hoping for.
Zermatt offers breathtaking mountain views and good on-site activities, perfect for a family getaway. However, the rooms could use serious updates and the customer service felt lacking during our stay. The dining options were commendable, enhancing the overall value, but there were issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of the accommodations that detracted from the experience.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Zermatt Resort. The beautiful landscape and plethora of year-round activities made it a fantastic choice for some family fun. Although the Wi-Fi was a hassle, everything else, from the comfy rooms to the delicious on-site dining, made for an overall positive experience. The staff was remarkably accommodating, adding to the charm of the resort, but the Wi-Fi issues were somewhat disappointing.
My stay at Zermatt was filled with some incredible moments but marred by significant issues. While the gorgeous scenery and family-friendly activities kept us entertained, the service was severely lacking, making our experience frustrating. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but mixed with the inconvenient shuttle service and dining problems, it didn't feel like the relaxation we anticipated.
